Board Members
Sheikh Rashid is an extinguished international business man with 43+ years of experience in establishing and leading multinational construction companies. He has executed and managed multi-million-dollar projects in Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Qatar and India. Some of his notable projects include Hail Infrastructure development (KSA), Ajeej Steel Factory (Riyadh), Salam park (Riyadh), Multi-speciality Paras hospital (India) & Doha Cultural Village City (Qatar).
Rashid’s interests also incorporate other sectors such as Healthcare, Manufacturing (Steel & Chemicals), Education and Real Estate. He was acknowledged and awarded the highest Non-Resident Indian (NRI) award; the Hind Ratan Award by the Government of India, for his international achievements and philanthropic work.
He is the Founder of the RSI group and currently serves as the Chairman of the Board.
Abdulelah is a Civil Engineer by qualification and also holds a Juris Doctorate (JD) in law from Michigan USA, where he was a member of the Bar. He started his career as an engineer with General Directorate of Military works (GDMW – Ministry of Defense) and throughout his career was the project manager for some mega construction projects around the kingdom. Abdulelah has worked in several senior positions within the Ministry of Defense and other government entities. Before retiring, with the rank of Lt. General, Abdulelah was the General Secretary for the Islamic Military counter terrorism Coalition and reported to the Ministers of Defense of member nations but directly to HRH Mohammad Bin Salman. He has also served as the Secretary General of the Military Service Commission, board member of the Public Pension Agency (PPA) and chairman of the Board of Al Raidah Investment Company.
Abdulla Sheikh is a dynamic and accomplished Engineer with a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Cardiff University and a Masters in Environmental Engineering from Imperial College, London. His Master’s degree also included a research element in the field of Waste Management from MIT USA. He has since then worked in Management, Operations and Business Development in construction and manufacturing firms. He has previously led the efforts of project bidding, supervision & execution of projects such as Riyadh Metro and the Ministry of Defense. Abdulla was also one of the finalists for the EIT Changemaker Award in Europe, for his entrepreneurial and research work.

Chief Operations Officer (COO)Sarwar has 28+ years of experience in construction industry in verticals such as procurement, administration, finance and operations. He has previously worked with esteemed organizations such as Jawdat Contracting, Samama Contracting and Jabria Contracting.
Mohammed Kamel
